New Me 31317 got a reaction from victoriak419 in 3 months post op - discouraged
I have only lost 37 pounds....i say "only" because i expected it too be a bit more by now. I eat about 600-700 calories per day (including one Protein shake) and usually average between 65 and 75 grams of protein. If I need to increase calories, I am all for it; however, I don't know how to fit it all in...any tips or suggestions are really appreciated. (My surgery weight was 232 and I am 195 now, i hoped to be at 180 by now ☹️)

New Me 31317 got a reaction from Dashofpixiedust8 in Unrealistic expectations?
Thanks everyone, the problem that I am having is that I just can't eat more per meal and if I had another meal and that makes me feel like I'm eating all day long and then hard to get the liquids in.

Thanks. Who is supposed to clear me for the next stage, my dr or nutritionist?

Thank you. I have considered the fact that I might need more calories but I am not sure how to fit it in! On my drive to work, I have a Protein Shake. Around nine I have some yogurt. The lunch time I have some sliced turkey and around three I have a piece of cheese. And then for dinner I have some lean Protein (no more than 2 ounces) Not sure I can get any more than that....also I'm not sure what else to eat, I've been pretty much stuck on yogurt cottage cheese lunch meat and tuna.< /p>

Sounds like eating too fast or not chewing enough

Thanks, I guess I was thrown off by people reporting a 20 or 25 pound weight loss the first month

The Patches seem very expensive...

Is the patch as effective as liquid or chewables?

I shop almost exclusively at old navy tbh haha. I really like Maurice's, and I can't wait to shop at places like New York and Company and random boutique shops.
I still have a hard time believing I can wear a size Large.

I had bypass on March 13… Started out at 232 and now at 215 so 17 pounds lost… Does that seem low to anybody? I have been having issues with Constipation so maybe that explains the low weight loss. I would appreciate any words of encouragement or advice.
