By then you should be back to a normal diet and a protein bar should be fine so long as it's not jam packed with a bunch of sugars. You would just have to try and see how it settles in your stomach, I'll attach my "5th week and beyond" page in case it's helpful.

Also that is a pretty crappy program. I have a food plan that goes out for the first 6 months and then for life.

My NUT said after 10 wks for protein bars unless they are nut free then it was fine after 8 wks. I am a sleever though so not sure if that makes a difference.
