My weight's been up and down through the TOM . After TOM, I was at -16.5 and then gained 5 but HOWWW if I was only on liquids. Then somehow miraculously, I got on the scale today and am -17 in 3 weeks. But I have a LOT to lose!!! My two cents.

Well I'm going to extend a small olive branch and say that I think that McCain's concession speech was great. It may have been his best speech yet...very gracious and inspiring for the country to work together.
