  11. I walked into a gym once and a smart ass little punk suggested I go to the old ladies' pool at a nearby church. So, we had a pool built, I bought swim flippers for laps, and a recumbent bike. Crime is too bad in my town to get out and walk. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  13. I feel for those who were so sick. For those of you waiting for surgery I was home from the hospital in 8 hours, never vomited or had nausea, very little pain, shopped two days later.   23. I took Biotin two years. MAybe it helps someone but made no difference in my hair.
  24. Your surgeons will make the decision on Monday. They won't want to spread any virus but hope you feel better by then.
