My gastric by-pass is scheduled for Nov 28. My last appt before preop is with the pharmacist. My medications all need to be changed to liquid or chewable. Has anyone been thru this process?

I have my surgery on the 22nd of November and I'm still trying to figure out if my primary care physician can prescribe me all my Vitamins? Not sure if it's something the insurance might cover? Anybody know this process??? Please help us

I went to Source of Life liquid Vitamins but never had a problem with pills.
