    My recovery is going good & on track I suppose other than I started my period the day after surgery after not having one for over a year now I'm on day 3 of having it and doesn't seem to be getting any lighter?? Good grief if I don't have enough to deal with already!! Lol. Going to call drs office in morning to make sure this is normal. Other than that just sipping away at my fluids.     I'm 3 days post op haven't had the nausea but I FEEL LIKE IM STARVING! I'm doing ok getting my Protein in but I've been crying a lot maybe a little self pity but I'm just praying it gets a little better each day. The end prize will be worth it and it also really helps me when I look at before & after posts. Since we are beginning this journey together I would love to be friends on Facebook or exchange phone numbers & support each other I've not really got anyone to talk to about my journey.     Other than that I'm feeling ok taking the fluids in slowly not tolerating the milky shakes too well but I got Atkins life Protein Water and I like it pretty good just alternating drinks of it with water Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
