Sounds like a little panic attack situation. I use to have those BIG TIME. Over the last few years I have learn to accept my issues and not panic so much. You kind of have to just settle in your own mind that you don't have control and that what happens will happen. Let go a little. Best wishes and I know where you are coming from.

I think the show called SKIN TIGHT is enlightening in a way because of the few shows I have seen none of the people they showcase could be considered a 10. They are highly improved by removing hanging skin and they can get arm fat removed etc. All that is wonderful, but if you have been very fat or heavy for a very long time you will probably never be what you want to be when you visualize it yourself. Just plan on being happier and able to move without the restriction.

I tried the Unjury Chocolate Splendor and it was pretty good.

If I could see down there well enough to shave I wouldn't be needing the surgery!

I had 2 heart stents in August and the cardiologist is making me wait 6 months because of the blood thinners I have to take. I was disappointed but I know its the best thing.

My husband knows and my children (all grown). My girlfriend at work knows and of course my boss. I am not keeping it a secret really but work with 10 men and 1 woman and as I said she knows. Everyone knows or should know that I have been on a diet but I am sure that when I take off 1 to 3 weeks everyone will know because the workplace is full of gossips and it doesn't bother me really. The only thing I will detest is the same thing that bothers me when your on a diet and that is that everyone wants to be your watch dog. I know some people want to keep it a secret but I figure if I start losing large amounts of weight they are going to think that either I had WLS or I am dying! LOL

I think its psychological. You know you won't be able to do it so your freaking out. STOP, don't do anymore damage. LOL

@@Inner Surfer Girl Your therapist MAY be right...I had sex when I shouldn't have, got knocked up when I shouldn't have, we were poor and I stayed home and ate all the time. Gained 60 lbs with that pregnancy and never lost it all. Therefore SEX=FOOD=FAT No wonder I never wanted sex again until I had my hysterectomy!

I was giving my granddaughter some grief because she is constantly texting and on her cell and chatting up people she has never met and I have been warning her. She always says...these days things are different....LOL, like I was born 60 and have never tried this crap. Why does she think I warn her.

I have the Garmin Vivofit 2 also. So far I really like it.

I am a person that is constantly on the dehydrated side. I don't get thirsty easily and I never think to reach and get a glass or drink of Water. I don't hate water, I just am not a big DRINKER of anything. I have to force myself to drink things and with that in mind I have been overweight about 80 percent of my life. I do think there is a huge connection, and I need to DRINK water.

I have my blood work on Feb 9th and my last meeting with the surgeon on Feb 12th, then start the pre-op diet on the 16th

My reason for going with an alias was because I didn't anyone I know to read my real weight! But then I decided that my skinny friends weren't likely to be trolling a Bariatric site and that I have to face the weight in order to lose it. So I used a name that my kids call me all the time. Now I added my real photo so it hardly matters.
