I thinks its fine, but stick with one. You know you can change your username on your first account, too, right? I did that because my first one was my actual name and I decided I wanted more privacy..

My husband figured out my user name by googling symptoms I was having post op. After 2 or 3 posts where this username matched my exact symptoms he was finally like "are you hopeandagony?"...lol

I've been around here for a few months with another account. I got to thinking about my account and that if I need to come vent about my support system, it may be a bit too easy for them to find me, should they decide to come out here to the family forum or are looking for recipes or something. Would it be bad etiquette to switch my user name to this one?
