  3. I ordered Centrum Advantage chewable for the first few months and my bloods have always been prefect. I go them from a supermarket in the UK but i think they sell them on Amazon too. Calcium with D3, i get from the GP.

  5. I had the flu jab once, about 8 years ago and it was the only year I had 'real' flu. Never Ever Again
  6. Having done this for about 14 months now its just a habit. I don't even think about it anymore.. Tablets when I get up, 3 CalciumD3 throughout the day and tablets in the evening. It is daunting at the beginning as you have so much to remember. Just keep to your teams guidelines

  10. I am 14 months out and still have the rumbles on occasion Never when Im alone or just with the family, just when lots of people are around lol

You haven't named anyone, so we would never know who it was and I think its good that you are asking on behalf of a friend, especially here where lots of different advice around weight issues can be asked. I'd be very happy for you to be a friend and she should count herself lucky! Has her thyroid been checked at all?
  13. No drain for the sleeve surgery but im having drains for skin removal

  17. Do you take your own food in? Do you have a small snack every 2-3 hours? Do you drink as much Water as you can? Can you go outside when its really bad and take a few deep breaths, remember why you are doing this and the go back to work? I now its difficult but getting into good habits now will really help in the long run. Keep posting and let us know how you are getting on
  18. Totally normal.. I know its really hard but stay off the scales if you can for the first couple of weeks. Congratulations on the surgery
