I have tried so many. Maybe your NUT might recommend, because this is so important. I am overloaded on The B vitamins and trying to correct, after being deficient in Thiamine and taking daily shots.

Flintstones complete tablets with iron (purple bottle), no gummies. I took liquid calcium citrate and chewable tablets for the first year, I didn't like swallowing pills. I was also given a prescription Vit D because I'm deficient.

How does the liquid calcium citrate tastes? I am taking the citracal petite and I literally choke everytime I try to swallow them. I am looking for other options available to get my calcium in. I am 2 weeks post op and I am good swallowing the small tablets. Thanks.

I liked the taste, I got the blueberry flavor and it reminded me of yogurt. post-161802-14753204563096_thumb.jpg
