to much i weigh lol age now to old 50 lol atleast i dont look it,people always thinks im 10 yrs younger tg,so with my weight loss should only get better ,i used to live michigan then georgia i loved it there,now louisana ugh.i was banded oct 20th and im doing great.walk 45 mins each day sometime 2 walks

i used to live lawrenceville ga,i loved it there,i lived off swanne rd,i got banded oct 20th good luck,my son still lives lawrenceville

i showered nxt day and all went perfect i used gold dial soap,

im glad my dr didnt make me go on a pre diet before surgery,maybe because my scope test came out ok,tg was hrd after going on liquids for 3 weeks,

i picked the lap band,i couldnt make up my mind till day of surgery,i figured the lap band is newer,the relize band has been arround longer i heard,sweden had it first,i love the kap band all my surgery went great,plus a small fill was in it to start 3 cc,so figured since i had alot to lose this would help me more,which it has,so far i get my first fill dec 10th i was banded oct 20th,and ive lost in 1 month 20 pds,i walk 40 mins each night ,what ever one you pciked will be fine im sure

im not sure i have bcbs i heard ,that if u have bad rashes that they may,i did have them before my surgery,now they seem to be alot better,i know the worse thing id need is a tummy tuck those cost 5,000.im hoping this wont happen tho.about 10 yrs ago i lost 70 pds on jenny craig and i didnt have any sagging skin.but i still had needed to lose more which never happended.im hoping ill have the same results this time when i lose it all,i couldnt deal with a ton of hanginf skin,even tho i dont have the money id have to get it done.somehow,

ive been off diet coke over a month tgggggggggggg,i was so addicted to it,just like smoking i gave up 18 yhrs ago ,ill miss it but it makes ya gain weight,or did me.im used to crystal light now tg

well i was banded oct20th i use to drink aatleast 7/8 cans diet coke a day before surgery,ive not had 1,and i know anyone can quit if i did,cause i loved the stsuff.same with smoking 18 yrs ago i got the patch and quit in 2 weeks and i smoked kools 3 packs a day.an ything is possible,now its my weight and if i can do those 2,i can only do great losing the weight now gl all

i found a way make the choc unjury tatse good i add a sppon full of peanut butter skim milk bannanaand white choc sf jello pudding,but in blnder and its goodmother wise id be sick,i hate muscle milk to sucks i hates eas to,the unjury choc mixed the way i said its really good,if not id be sick to of it just plain,hope that helps and the price is really good,and the people who shipped it are great

hey all,i was just wondering how some drs let there patients get fills like a month after?mine says 7 weeks,is it ok at 3 weeks to have a fill?whats the reason so long i have to wait?

wish my dr told us we could eat cheese and all that,im stillon liquids,sf jello exc till monday i was banded oct20th.id be to afarid to eat anything diff than what my dr said to do,i went thru all this to get the band and wouldnt be worth it if it got streached.nxt week i can go to mushies,not not till my 5th week can i start meats exc..my dr gave me a paper with strct rules, so far im doing great walking 2 miles a dat,feeling great gl
