  2. I'm in and I'm going to need it! First fill will be at the end of January.. and right now I can eat just about anything..LOL and have started to gain weight! Not much self discipline over the holiday 1/3 200lbs

  4. I love to chat... morning, noon, and night if I'm not working my 12 hour shift. people at work think I'm glued to this computer when I'm not working they are so right...lol
  5. Mil gifts, wish I could get one. my dh mother died a couple of years after we met I never got to know her. she was in a nursing home with dementia when I met her. So blessed be to all who still have theirs around, bad gifts and all. PS my dh never complains about what my parents get him..he better not..lol
  6. This is the year I organize myself..lol, use the gym membership, pays off the credit cards and soak in my new hot tub coming in April. Wish me luck to use my band wisely
  7. yeah, someone else who couldn't wait to eat food. my surgery was on the 8th and I just had my first doctors apt.. he was pleased I lost 10 lbs. I wouldn't be called a perfect bandster I ate after doing research on different diets after banding. I like the 3 days of each liquid, mushie, diced/soft diet the best.. I'm trying, and was told to try to follow the diet as ordered but no scolding was done I have had no problems so far.! small portions and chew chew chew

I wasn't good, seeing doctor today for the first time. already eating whole food but chewing well and each day I start out saying I'm going to be better but..I always try something.. yesterday was a good day, drank my protein and water until supper time then had a reg dinner about 1/2 the amount I would normally put on my plate. know I'm not a good bandster.. but every day I start over and try again

  13. hello all, I'm home after surgery at 1:30 today, I am now a bandster. so far so good thanks for all the prayers.. will fill in the blanks tomorrow
  14. OK everyone I should have stay away today, but I can't! tomorrows the day and out of all the post I have read, this one hit home. my husband and I eat out all the time... Thanks for the incite
  15. I'm yelling at the top of my lungs in less then 24 hours I'll be a bandster. I can't wait to be able to play with my grandson and not hurt when I get up off the floor they just left and I'm one tired Grammy of a active 2 year old...

  17. I was informed 5 to 7 years.. guess it all depends on who your surgeon is.
  18. My household consist of 3 dogs and a Husband...lol which one behaves the best sometime is a toss up Misha lab mix 2 years Roxie beagle/ husky mix 2 year Taz beagle my little old man, what a couch potato 6 years going on 20 counting down 7 more days to band land

  22. hello M. welcome and I bugged my insurance company.boy did I bug them...lol. Called ever two to three days and behold approval in 2 1/2 weeks felt like a lifetime..
  23. blue cross didn't ask for 6 months from me just a letter from my Dr. took 2and 1/2 weeks and got approval surgery date DEC 8th
