  2. @@Dub - that's a good one (knee pain). I have noticed mine isn't as bad either For us girls - - how about hooking the bra to the closest set of eyes (tighter)! I am rather chesty and the (WLS & NSV) has helped with shoulder pain.

  17. pretty typical post op feelings. my buyers remorse was about a clue of hours on day three. it hit me that my stomach was forever gone. once I got outside and moving that very day all of that passed. day 4 was start of soft foods and that helped as well. I have had no issues and realizing I was able to eat, just smarter and smaller amounts seemed just fine. no regrets!
  18. I hiccup towards the end of being full too. I just don't do it all the time. I get a knot in my throat if I have ate one too many bites. sweating and flushing follows, I would use the hand measuring that @@Babbs sent and aim for just under so you want over due it. good luck!

  21. I also ate a bit more calories like @@JamieLogical because I needed the energy and felt better upping the calories a bit. My weight has not come off as fast as others but like it has been said "its not a race". I have felt great really from the get go post-op. Once I dropped my BP pills to half a dose, about 6 weeks post, (now its a qtr) I have plenty of energy!
  22. @@Whynotnow - liquids are easiest post but you have watch the calories, sugar, etc...
