Vitamin cost

Trying different brands and flavors of supplements right now. On average what are you spending per month for your regime and have you found most of what is required by your team in a chewable that you can tolerate? Nut gave me some samples of Bariatric fusion, not a big fan. Thanks

@@micnic1027 - it's easy to find a chewable version of some vitamins but the problem is it may not be the right ones. I did generic chewable kids multivitamins. I bought some chewable calcium but it is calcium carbonate not calcium citrate. read labels closely.

Most of what I got in chewable I'm not going to get in chewable again when they run out. Some are way more expensive, and I tolerate full sized pills easily. I'm 8 weeks post op.
