ROFLMFAO !!!! I can relate to that one. My dad, brother, nephew's (4 of them) all Richards. My cousins used to call my Dad "uncle dick." PUDDINPIE OMG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! both of them are soooooooooooooo freakin funny. I was just getting in the office, about 7:30 am and I was hanging my coat up. My boss was behind me and I saw something out of the corner of my eye go running about 90 mph across the floor, black and fast. I screamed on the top of my lungs WHOOOOOOOOOOOOO WHOOOOOOOOOO, grabbed my bosses arm, like I was gonna hit that thing with him. He leans over, pickes it up and says.... is this button yours. FRIG, it was a button that fell off my coat. Talk about being embarassed. I laughed so hard I almost peed in my pants. I must have been red all day LOL. I told him I was sorry for screaming so loud LOLOL. I still laugh.

Doc says I should weigh about 175 - 180 (in a pigs ass). I feel more comfortable at 160 - 165. Thats where I'm hoping to go, but if I'm 175 - 180, I don't think I'll bitch I've determined this from the past and how I felt.

Good Morning How are my widdle friends today ? I'm just ducky. Its really pretty out today, blue blue skys Beanie any news from the insurance people? Today I get to call the insurance company (AGAIN) to see if they have the predetermination # for me. If not, then I'm gonna scream. I've been very patient with all this crap. ***AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH**** Whatcha all do last night, did you have a good evening? When I got home, I made dinner, cleaned, let DD make ghost cookies (the pre packaged ones) and I made a whopping big bowl of tuna salad for tonights dinner and lunches for DD. Took a shower and was in bed at 8:30 zzzzzzzzzzzzz slept like poop. How about you?

To many needy people here so I wanna make sure they are gonna be okay while I'm gone. The company is having a picnic today at noon. The picnic consists of a dry ass burger, and some gross beans LOLOL !!! Gee I can't wait. ...... I know I know... I'm such an ungreatful bit*h. But when you work hard, and you hear they are making a ton of money, management gets bonuses after bonuses and you get a dry ass burger. It just doesn't excite me. Other than that, the sun is out and its just so darn beautiful here. Breezy and cool. Well coffee is ready and I need some oatmeal. So I'll catch you all later... HUGS

Good Afternoon Its pretty chilly here today and very WINDY!! love it, feels like a fall day. I kept pretty busy today. Did some sewing, cleaned out a few cabinets in the kitchen. cleaned the fish tank, made a meat loaf for the week. I'm trying to put together a list of clear liquids I'll need for next week (ohhhhhhh gosh), and since juice is on sale at the store I'll get a few bottles. Two weeks of clear liquids egads! Beanie, Home Depot ICK!!! lol. I think its all a crock about the heating bills going up this year. Its just an excuse for the gas company to jump on the "raping the public" band wagon. We will be wearing extra socks and sweats this winter thats for sure. Have fun planting today Karla, gee, hope your feeling better soon. Especially having to go back to work so soon. My doc is giving me 4 - 6 weeks off (well w/disability of course). I'm taking every day that I can. Pat, I'm a little muddled too, what is a she-crab? I'm glad you had a good time at the seafood fest. I hate clothes shopping too. I can never find anything that fits right. I need tops bigger than the bottom but the bottoms are always to short. If my legs didn't look like pillers I'd wear dresses more. I do like to go shopping for decorations and stuff like that. Also Toys R Us for my DD. Thats always fun. Well back to reading and then its off to the grocery store HUGS

But in the mean time, I have to finish up all the doc visits and testing or I'll never get into surgery. Today was pre admission testing at the hospital. Okay...... this used to work for me when I lost 150 lbs. You really need to train the brain. Tell yourself that the wings, fries, pizza will always be here, it will be here tomorrow as well but for today, I'm going to pass. food will always be on earth, we won't. Let me make this a good day. Take it one meal at a time. I used to say this to myself over and over and over and over.... BRAIN WASH YOURSELF!! No, its not easy, but its worth a try. Also tell yourself that it doesn't taste as good as it looks. ENJOY LIFE !!!!
