YES !!!! I need to meet with other bandsters from MA. I get so jealous when I see all the others from all around who have managed to get together and are having so much fun ! I did not get my band in BIDMC but we can just pretend. Happy Holidays everyone. Let's not wait too long before we do this thing. I'm also feeling the need for support right now~

No lie! I had sex 2 weeks out. Doc said it's ok as long as you don't use your abdominal muscles. That's virtually impossible. Anywho... they also pull your pubic area tightly up to your lower abs and ..to be honest.. I look like I'm a teenager again down there. For some reason I feel really tight (down there). I second that...............'nuff said

My dad was 70 when he had the surgery last April. He flew right through without any complications. He has lost about 65 pounds and feels great. I say go for it...you won't regret it

I am not too familiar with Taunton, but I guess we are all pretty close to some major highways. Next week is pretty crazy with the holiday and then we are heading up to New Hampshire for the weekend, so possibly the following week. What is good for you guys? Nights? Weekends? Hi threebeauties Tummy tuck was exactly what I expected. I had a difficult first week with the pain, but it really does get better day by day. I am still a little sore, and it is still hard to sleep at times. I can't say for sure what I will end up looking like because I am still swollen and also I must still wear this binder. I did go out last night and treated myself to a couple of hours without it. Its a nice feeling to wear a size 8 jeans and they were on the loose side ! It made all this hard work worth it !!! Insurance did deny me. total cost was $6700. My band was paid for by insurance, so I can't complain. Feel free to ask any more questions and good luck with your journey !!!

Telly, when were you able to stop wearing your binder? When did you notice the swelling went down? Thanks in advance! You look awesome!

Kat~ I didn't want to deal with the food police, so I told a total of 3 people that I knew would just accept my decison and successes/failures: DH/best friend/sister when people start to bug you, tell them what you have told us-it took 25 years to get here so GIVE ME A BREAK !!!
