  1. Ive seen several of those and all that I have seen they have all gained most if not all of their weight back.. Tells you you have to keep your eyes on the prize and as my surgeon said to me.. " im giving you the tool to have a normal life its your job not to abuse it!!".. So So true. -195lbs. 10-15 to go and i am done but Ill never forget,. Christian

  5. Your an adult and I know it sounds odd but they are adults also at 17 and 19. You had to do what is best for you and they will know that when they see you skinny!!!! Its your life and you have to live Chris
  6. WOW.. Im actually surprised your hungary.. Jello was my big thing the first few days.. WALK WALK WALK and REST REST REST>>> That may help you pass the time. Its odd though I was never ever hungary and still 7 to 8 months later never have the feeling of hunger. They say that goes with the Gastric Sleeve. Just saying what i was told by several people.   7. Truly. Nothing to debate $4000.00 to live for your kids and your husband.. Thats the main focus. You are supported 100% on this board.. I was at 415lbs and now down to 220lbs in 8 months,, my results are not typical but im telling you it saved my life and will save yours also,, I wish you the best and I am here for anyone.. Christian

  11. HMMM>. Im surprised.. come on get back on it. Lets go! Reminder Why did u have this surgery???? WHY WHY WHY >> Dont let yourself fall back. My surgeon said to me " IM GIVING YOU THE TOOL WHAT YOU DO WITH THE TOOL IS UP TO YOU!!".. Is it really worth not doing it right? Christian.. All comments made to help you think
  12. Yes i watched it.. Sadly to say most of them regained the weight if i remember correctly. Im pretty sure I am correct on this. The went back to old habits, Chris
  13. I have found it very easy to stay within the rule set for me. no drinking 15 min before eating and 1 hour after. Once you start doing it it becomes second nature. Its odd when you goto restraunt and you say no drink.. Most times they say not even water>? I say no thank you i dont drink while i eat.. Thats all. Another bit if advice is when you go out to eat get a "DOGGIE BAG" right up front and when food comes just put half in the box.. I know it sounds silly but it helps. I get KIDS MEALS also and a kids meal is like 2 meals. Chris

  16. sugar will make you feel sick.. i found that out twice.. There is whats called a MERCY SIP.. I havent tried it but I have heard its ok to have a quick sip of Fluid if needed.. I stick to the program.. Im almost at goal weight but i follow the program to a "T" Christian All the best

  18. Everyone is different.. I was real fast. I averaged 4-5lbs per week. Im almost at goal I wish you the best and dont be discouraged you will hit small 2-3 week plateaus. Christian

  20. I was sleeved about 7 months ago. Started program in April of 2013.. Down over 190lbs. The only pain i have is the ammount of Vitamins i take a day twice a day.. I recently was told about an all in one Vitamin called BARIATRIC FUSHION.. Its only $25 per bottle and it takes care of everything.. You take 1 3xs per day. Thats it. I would recommend people checking it out. Hope all are doing well.. Christian
  21. Its Simple!!! Simply said. Had it 7 months ago... no problems and up and walking within hours after recovery Chris
  22. No word of advice except u will be so so happy and walk walk as soon as you can .. that night or the next morning. Its how you get rid of the excess gas from the surgery.. walking is so key!
