Vitamin Assist!

I was sleeved about 7 months ago. Started program in April of 2013.. Down over 190lbs. The only pain i have is the ammount of Vitamins i take a day twice a day.. I recently was told about an all in one Vitamin called BARIATRIC FUSHION.. Its only $25 per bottle and it takes care of everything.. You take 1 3xs per day. Thats it. I would recommend people checking it out.

Hope all are doing well..

I am still pre sleeve but I ordered my Vitamins from powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury, it is called Opurity Bypass and Sleeve Optimized Multivitamin. There are 90 in the bottle, chewable and you take one a day. I haven't tried them yet but I will look into Bariatric fusion too.

edit- I just looked on the site for Bariatric Fusion vitamins and the only thing it has more than Opurity is Calcium and magnesium, other than that Opurity has way higher amounts of the vitamins and minerals. I don't know if that's always better though. I am bringing my jar to my Dr appointment today to see what he thinks. I think my vitamins only cost $28 for a 3 month supply.

TY bee lee!!

I take Walmart Active Kids chewable complete Vitamins. Early on, took two a day, now just one. Also, in the beginning, took liquid Iron, calcium (Tums) Vit. D and b12. My insurance paid for most, the rest I got for less than $10.00 each, for several months supply.

Why does your doctor want you to take so much Christian?
