I was in the hospital just over 24 hours. I had the gastric sleeve, though, and your entry indicates lap band.

Edited by JeanZ

Muppie, are you having the sleeve or the lap band?

Thanks for replying I'm terrified I'm going in on February 5

I too am having the sleeve on Feb 5 and I am an outpatient. Good luck hope all goes well

My sleeve surgery requires a 2 night hospital stay (March 5th is the big day!)

2-3 days when i had the sleeve about 7 months ago

Chris

I had a 3 day hospital stay for the sleeve.

I had surgery on a wed. morning and went home Thursday afternoon.
