Pasta/carbs?

Are we supposed to avoid Pasta because our new sleeve can't always tolerate it or because of the carbs?

Also, I've been getting really nauseous in between meals. It almost feels like my stomach is completely empty, which is causing me to gag and almost throw up. The only thing that eases it is if I eat a cracker or hard pretzel. But I'm worried about the carbs. Can anyone offer any input?
