I added mine to my coffee yesterday morning was very happy! BAM 30grams Protein coffee and then added to my Soup had 60 grams before 11:30am! Awesome! I never get my protein in and with this I'm thrilled!
I thought I would share this with those of you that need Protein drinks and different options :crying:
I had this emailed to me a long time ago, and while cleaning out my inbox of the 2000 emails I stumbled across it again. I do not know the original author/creator/inventor or I would give proper credit.

One of my favorite things when I go onto solids is my crockpot! One of my favorite recipes is skinless chicken thighs, throw into the crockpot, season with salt, pepper and what other spices you like to use, squeeze a whole bottle of Italian Dressing over the chicken. Put the crockpot in low for 8 hours. And when you get home it is done! I usually would serve with a roasted veggie!!! The meat is super tender and melts and I think it will be ok for my tummy! Of course unless my taste has changed like it has with some items! Lol
My favorite snack is carrot chips and Protein dip. Carrot chips are carrots sliced like crinkle cut potato chips, I find them next to the baby carrots in my produce dept. I make protein dip by mixing a container of low fat cottage cheese, my favorite dip mix (ranch, French onion, etc) and a little bit of milk or sour cream all in the food processor until smooth.
Nioxin is excellent! I lost all my hair in 2007 due to cancer and as soon as I could started using this!! I have long thick hair now and I'm gonna start taking the Biotin to help just in case! Right now I'm only 5 weeks out!

Just wanted to share for those that are so sick of just the broth!
I'm not quite out a month will be on the 20th. I'm in the mushie stage since Thursday but didn't try till today! I took one egg, added a touch of milk seasonings then scrambled with some cheese. Did a runny scramble, then mixed it in with a couple of spoonfuls of cottage cheese! It was sooooo good! I was able to eat about half of it! It was a great way to start off the morning!

I am choosing the sleeve cause I meet with a dr 2 Years ago and he said that would be a good option for me! So Wed will be my day and I'm very excited!!
My surgery is Nov. 20th and that's also my 35th B-day...I'm super excited for my B-day gift!!! I'm doing pretty well on my pre-op diet although I did cheat on Saturday for my early B-day dinner. I also recommend unjury products, they are so tasty BUT my NUT does not recommend the Unjury chicken Soup because it is very HIGH in sodium...check the sodium on the soup labels because although some diets allow Soups, not all soups are good for you.
I did end up having a muscle milk Protein Drink at work! I really want to try the Unjury chicken broth and the unflavored so I can mix it in with juices and things like that! I'm just doing one week so hopefully all goes well! The first day haven't been too bad!
Well 4th day and I'm still ok! I found flavor infused broths! Omg they are good! I had the hot and sour for lunch. I also got Mexican tortilla and ginger!!! Yummy! Now I just need to get my Protein in!! That's what I'm having the most trouble with!! Hope everyone is having a great day!!!
You can do it! I followed the diet and had surgery Wednesday. I am doing great and I know the program before surgery really helped my surgery and recovery.
Hang in there! You CAN do this!
Well I started my liquid diet today! So far not too bad, had 2 cups coffee, chicken broth Soup for lunch, will have a v8 energy drink this afternoon and soup for dinner and lots of water! Now if I can just get my head around the protein!! Surgery is on the 20th! I'm super excited!
If you like spices or hot sauce that will give it flavor! For dinner I had cream of chicken and put in just a bit of franks buffalo hot sauce! Gave it some flavor and made it better to eat! Lol! I know they td us after we get sleeved and if we can handle it use sauces to spice things up! The weekend will be more challenging for me but I'm gonna keep busy cleaning house ect...
