  3. Well , I have been banded for almost eight months and I am so..... glad I did it.I feel great and I look great. I have re-joined the living and come out of hiding. You have to do your part, but it is well worth it. Best of luck. Keep us posted. Donna
  4. Hi Longhorn, sorry you are dealing with this. I had the same problem and they did the hys. several years ago. Took out six pounds of tumors. No cancer, just tumors. I am really glad I had the surgery, well past baby time here. Best of luck. Donna

  8. Document everything. If you do write it down and date it it did not happen. Thats what they keep telling me at my job. Make sure you document everything. I would rather work with men any day. Donna

  12. I went to mexico and had a great time. They met my plane and took me to a very nice hotel and the next day to the hospital. The hospital was VERY nice, much nicer than the ones here. I loved Dr. Zapata and I have had no problems of any kind. No trouble finding a fill doc here either. I hope every thing goes as well for you. Donna
  13. I eat a lot of homemade soups. Veg. and chicken mostly. I know it gets old but I am not sure what else you can do. Sorry. Donna

  18. Hi Lisa, I go to Dr. Allen in Lou. Ky. for fill. Lots of U.S. doctors do fills. Don`t be afraid of Mexico. Just do your research on the doctor you choose, wherever he or she is. Welcome to the site and congrats on your up coming surgery. All the bands are stitched in place and my recovery was easy.For best results drink lots of water and exercise. Donna
