Just Got Filled!

This is fill#8 and I will have to admit that I hate having to eat soup for 2 days after my fill. Anybody has some soup ideas to help me on this 2 days of hell journey?

Why just soup? This is a perfect time to get creative and have fun with your protein supplements. I make lots of coffee latte's and coffee w/chocolate protein ... shakes with different flavors of protein powders and SF syrups and crushed ice.......and chai tea with a vanilla/cinnamon protein....and RTD protein in hot tea or coffee....or SF instant pudding with protein in it.....or SF jello with some fruit flavored protein powder.........don't limit yourself to just soup! :cursing:

I like to spice my Soups up with a teaspoon of sauce. All kinds of different flavors like chipotle or barbeque, worcestershire, soy. It depends on what kind of mood I'm in. Just that hint of something else in plain old chicken soup keeps it interesting.

Something else I do is place tablespoonfuls of grated parmesan on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Flatten them out a little, but not too thin, and put them under the grill to melt. When they're a crispy disc, I take them out and either place one in my bowl of soup, or dunk it in quickly and eat it like I'd been dunking Cookies into milk. The cheese should melt sufficiently for it not to cause you any problems after your fill.

Also, you may want to make your choice of signature your mantra for the next couple of days. :cursing:

I eat a lot of homemade soups. Veg. and chicken mostly. I know it gets old but I am not sure what else you can do. Sorry. Donna
