  6. Kristine, why so few calories???? I had Dr. Zapata and i always had more calories than that. No wonder your hungry. How did you like Dr. Z. I thought he was really nice. I love the hospital he uses. You might want to add some more broth or protien drinks or something and see if that helps. Keep us up-dated. Donna

  14. I still have a way to go but i have always been an athlete even before my band. I am just a better one now. I am sure the more i lose, the more i will be able to do, in the gym and on the trails. I like to hike more than anything. Donna

  24. I am very tight right now and i am going to wait a few days and see if it gets any better. I can only eat about three bites of solid food. I can eat mushies tho. Just not a whole lot. Donna
