Surgery on Monday Nov 19

Well, I'm getting ready for my surgery in the AM. I have to be at the hospital at 6:30. Surgery is at 9:30. I'm excited and scared. I'll be glad to get on with my life.

It's been less than a week for my DH and I can already tell a difference.

Best wishes on your surgery tomorrow. Do not be apprehensive, you will do great. Remember that this is a decision that you made to improve your life and get you healthy. You will do just great.

I am two weeks out and am feeling great. The best decision I have made.

Your in my thoughts.

Good luck with your surgery tomorrow... before you know it, it will be over and you'll be on here chatting again! :whoo:

Wendy - As I write this you are in the hospital. I pray that all went fine and that you'll be home soon. We're thinking about you & all of our fellow bandsters.

Let us know how you are doing when you feel up to it. I'm going to get mine tomorrow. Words of advice?

Take Care!

Judy

You're probably in recovery right now! I'm so excited for you! I'll keep you in my thoughts to heal quickly!

I hope everything went well. I hope you are able to check in soon. I hope your recovery goes very smooth. It is my turn tomorrow.

I hope everything went off without a hitch today for you.......YOu will be up and about before you know it!! Just take it easy those first few days and don't try to do too much too quickly...:)

I think I was doing to much this morning, because that was bleeding.

Thanks for all the toughts. I'm going to be ready to go tomorrow. Lots of errands to run.

Question, did you all feel dried out. I guess that is the hydrocodone that they gave to me. I can't seem to get enough to drink.

Glad to hear it went well!! Welcome back. My port incision is really the only one that bothers me.

I was fine. Could drink much at first but never felt dry. Glad to hear that it all went well. Keep us posted.
