cynthiakred replied to Mid West's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
It is very common! Something probably didn't sit right with ur pouch or u might have eaten too fast. Just hang in there. Make sure to drink it protein and plenty of water. Overtime it will be easier. -

I had my surgery 7/15/13. I started cooking again and I love it. I have more energy than I hve had in a long time. Things arnt always easy but they do get better. Hang in there. Things do get better, but don't get discouraged if they don't get better right away.

I had my gastric bypass on 7/15/13 and I shortly had to have my gallbladder removed on 8/3/13. my doctor has cleared me to exercise and even swim. I want to begin a routine that is appropriate for me, since I just got out of surgery but will also challenge me. Please if there are any suggestions it would mean a lot to me. Thank you

I don't know what to do! I am having these terrible cravings for fast food and a bunch of other stuff. The list could go on and on from hotdogs, fries, sodas, chicken etc. Im thinking about just going and chewing on the food then spitting out, but I don't want to get sick. And I have come this far. I don't want to give in but these cravings are just getting to me... I don't know what to do D: PostOP-4weeks
