  5. It is very common! Something probably didn't sit right with ur pouch or u might have eaten too fast. Just hang in there. Make sure to drink it protein and plenty of water. Overtime it will be easier.

  7. I had my surgery 7/15/13. I started cooking again and I love it. I have more energy than I hve had in a long time. Things arnt always easy but they do get better. Hang in there. Things do get better, but don't get discouraged if they don't get better right away.

  9. I had my gastric bypass on 7/15/13 and I shortly had to have my gallbladder removed on 8/3/13. my doctor has cleared me to exercise and even swim. I want to begin a routine that is appropriate for me, since I just got out of surgery but will also challenge me. Please if there are any suggestions it would mean a lot to me. Thank you
  10. I don't know what to do! I am having these terrible cravings for fast food and a bunch of other stuff. The list could go on and on from hotdogs, fries, sodas, chicken etc. Im thinking about just going and chewing on the food then spitting out, but I don't want to get sick. And I have come this far. I don't want to give in but these cravings are just getting to me... I don't know what to do D: PostOP-4weeks

  15. I am 9 days post-op from my rny and I have been feeling light headed. I have been drinking all my liquids and temp. Is normal. I have no clue what is causing me to feel dizzy. Can anyone help?

  17. I am 6 days post op and I decided since tomorrow is a week why not try an oz. of yogurt. I was so scared but I was tired of liquids. I finally had some solid food and it sat well with me!! Thank GOD!
  18. I wanted to keep the whole surgery a secret and I did till the final 3months. Then I only told the people who are important to me. Of course some of them went on and told other people and those people had to state their opinion. But in the end I'm glad I told my close friends and family because everyone was supportive, even the people who disagreed with me getting the surgery. I say tell the people who u trust. Because you are going to need the support and the people. This decision is about u. so whatever u decide I wish u luck and keep us posted
  19. Girl u look good!! If u are having alot if problems with your hair, you can try taking biotin but in my opinion you don't need it u look great!
  20. I would wait two more days that way it's a full week but talk to your dr and see if they give you the ok
