Has anyone had this symptom?

I am 9 days post-op from my rny and I have been feeling light headed. I have been drinking all my liquids and temp. Is normal. I have no clue what is causing me to feel dizzy. Can anyone help?

I had the same issue as well as feeling very cold all the time. I think it is from being in Ketosis. I researched Ketosis on the web and feeling light headed is one of the symptoms. It takes about 6 weeks for your body to adjust. Hope this helps.

I had same problem but mine was dehydration. I started drinking propel zero and it helped.
