  13. I had my gastric bypass on 7/15/13 and I shortly had to have my gallbladder removed on 8/3/13. my doctor has cleared me to exercise and even swim. I want to begin a routine that is appropriate for me, since I just got out of surgery but will also challenge me. Please if there are any suggestions it would mean a lot to me. Thank you
  14. I don't know what to do! I am having these terrible cravings for fast food and a bunch of other stuff. The list could go on and on from hotdogs, fries, sodas, chicken etc. Im thinking about just going and chewing on the food then spitting out, but I don't want to get sick. And I have come this far. I don't want to give in but these cravings are just getting to me... I don't know what to do D: PostOP-4weeks
