My surgery was 9/13/13 I weighed 265.... today I weigh 135... I've been very sick lately every1 keeps saying I look sick. I only eat about 3 or 4 bites at a time. Thts all I can hold. Slider foods are the foods tht we can eat more of tht we are not supposed to have. They contain no Protein no nutritional value... they basically just fill up our pouch Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G925A using the BariatricPal App

They don't recommend lettuce... it's more of a filler... and it will fill you up alot quicker then you won't have room for your Protein... but every now and then may be ok slider foods are not a good habit to strt back on Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G925A using the BariatricPal App

I can't tolerate whey... Jus the smell makes me woosy. But the Soy protein doesn't have a smell or a taste. It's awesome!
