We're surgery buddies! I'm feeling great too. All you can have is broth? When do you get advanced? I had my first post op appt yesterday and was moved to puréed foods. They're going down great, and I got 72 grams of Protein in today. (Goal is 60-75).

I have my first post op on Friday. I get to move to purée food then. I can't wait! The only real issue I have had is a problem with soy. I had found 2 different protein shakes that I liked before surgery, once I got home one of them caused the dreaded, dumping syndrome. The only difference between the two shakes is soy vs whey. I am too scared to try again right now, maybe in a few weeks.
