I would wait two more days that way it's a full week but talk to your dr and see if they give you the ok

I see this post is a month old....now I'm in the same boat. I'm 5 days out now too and LOVE cttge chz. I'm curious what your doc ever said about it?

I was able to eat cottage cheese 2 wks post op.. I am a little over 1 month post and I am eating small bites of low fat food. I eat very tiny amounts of food everyday and I gained 10 lbs..

oops wasnt done.. anyway I think I gained because I am retaining water. I am still having trouble getting my water in :( Make sure u drink ur liquids :D

Yeah...I figured about two weeks.
