  1. I stick to three meals a day plus protein even if I can eat just a few ounces. For me I just want to stay in a good meal mode...but some days it's hard.
  2. Going out of town next weekend. Very nervous about eating out for an entire weekend including two pre- ordered meals. Still on soft food so what foods should I pack for the ten hour drive and in the hotel room?
  3. I find it hard not to drink...I leave drinks in another room...still working on getting religious with this. Not hard with soft foods but harder with stuff like chicken.

  5. Wow..I'm amazed at the differences among surgeons as always.After two days my surgeon and I discussed a third but I was happy to be in my own bed.

  12. Hot and humid here too but after the winter we had I'm happy! I'm down 44 lbs today 1 month out. I also had my gallbladder out a couple years ago...felt better immediately.

  17. A peacoat is s wool coat typically worn by the navy...this style is often cut more fashionably into winter coats. It's a double breasted cut and wide lapels and collar. Don't know the English equivalent
  18. New clothes! We live in a town with five lakes and I've always lived in swimsuits.I'm? Going to buy five of them.
  19. I'm a newbie but I've had almost no complications.A little nausea....surgery was a cake walk. Don't worry.
  20. I backed off to softer foods and the nausea is much better. It makes sense that this is a bumpy time since this is when our diets are advancing. I haven't dumped but I'm. Also scared to try most carbs ..had a couple of pretzel thins and potatoes...zofran is wonderful
  21. When incisions heal ...my doc says I can go in if I cover mine with tegaderm.
