  5. Everything I've read and heard from my surgeon says it's not that unusual and as long as you can stay hydrated its ok. I call my surgeon with any questions...he gave me zofran..it does help.
  6. I really try to get in calories...I'm afraid my body will start conserving fat otherwise. I also force protein...I put protein powder in my vitamin water and v8 splash. That's all I know. The only time I've felt anything like hunger is in the am...then I'll eat 1/3 of an egg.
  7. Yeah...four weeks out..started feeling nauseous. Went back kn liquids for two days felt better. Ate yesterday...feeling pukey now. About the only things that work are soup and pretzel thins..about 2 at a time. The nut suggested saltines or other crackers but I don't think so. I guess I'll just take it really slow. Frustrating. I was tolerating everything really well too!
  8. I was in pain for a good ten days and then it got dramatically better.

  14. I get some head hunger related to smells especially. But if I eat slowly and do lots of protein I fill up quick. I really fill up quicker on hard protein like chicken than soft like yogurt.

  19. I'm sticking to a few known foods...eggs cheese chicken soup that I know won't make me sick.I'll introduce more floods more slowly.avacados and hummus are good too.
  20. I'm hoping that losing weight resolves the sleep apnea.I gave up on the machine after 3 months...the sleep apnea was new...the other disorder I just live with. I've had it since I was about 18...right around the time sleep patterns change. I usually get tired again about 8:00 am but try not to nap.
