Okay so heres my story... Ive backed out of surgery twice now. The first time I was scheduled for March 18th, the second time was May the 20th. I have no support really other then my boyfriend. My sister told me I was just lazy. My mom and brother told me I was going to die. Ive had problems with my stomach before and thats the only thing that I was worried about. My coworkers are also very negative about it. Its hard to have it done without telling my coworkers because of the time that I have to take off of work. So heres my question.... Has anyone else backed out or am I the only one? I will get it done some day and I hope its soon. I think that my surgeon is going to give up on me for doing this. I feel like a failure. Just really need some advice and support. thanks everyone

Ive had ulcer problems for about 5 years now and was wondering if anyone else has pre surgery? can surgery make it worse? Im getting very nervous my surgery is monday... I have two young kids & Im scared of death I know the chance is small but I dont have many supportive people around
