So they're finally letting me go home today (5/30/13) !! They kept me an extra day because my oxygen levels were low. But all is good now. My weight before surgery was 370 but my heaviest is 389 which I'm very glad I lost beforehand. Abdominal area still hurts but hopefully this pain medicine kicks in soon lol. Until then just going to have my 4oz of chicken broth for dinner then more water !!!

Thank you all so much !! Still having a lil abdominal pain but ok. I felt like the meds were stronger in the hospital. And curious does anyone know If I can remove the bandages yet ?! It's been like 4 days . . I called the nurse earlier but still no response.

You can remove bandages but not the steri strips they will fall off about a week
