has anyone experience dizziness
Dizziness and headaches could be a sign of dehydration. Also, make sure you are getting enough nutrients in. Your body needs Protein and other nutrients to function. If you are not getting enough, your body goes into starvation mode. Good luck!

Please, if you can, send up a prayer for SimplySouthern. She had had a very hard time since her November surgery. In and out of the hospital and feeling pretty bad. She is back in the hospital. We are all awaiting to hear how she is doing. Pray, ohm, mediate... Whatever your flavor, lets lift her up.- FYI on protien shakes
I am feeling really good! Thanks Lola! I'm sure the BA shakes just bring back bad memories because I was so ready to leave the hospital and it was holding me back. My only adverse reaction to surgery was nausea. Once they were able to get that under control, I was able to start walking. Good luck this week, Lola! Try to start walking as soon as you can... It really does help with gas. I really wanted to fart so bad but couldn't! Ha! Tell the anesthesiologist that you are prone to motion sickness. They will give you lots of nausea meds. Didn't work for me, but I must be a wus! :0) feeling sore, but good 7 days out! Are you up to or row? I'll be praying for you!- Im 35 Years Old
