has anyone experience dizziness

I want to know has anyone experience dizziness. I woke up Sunday morning with a bad headache and I was kind of dizzy. I thought it was my blood pressure but I haven't had problems with that in 4 years. I went to the er Christmas eve they done blood work and my potassium was low but it's Friday and I am still experiencing dizziness etc . I just google some info and found out that others experience it as well and it might be coming from a lack of water etc and waiting to long to eat . Does anyone have any experiences to share concerning this matter ?

Dizziness and headaches could be a sign of dehydration. Also, make sure you are getting enough nutrients in. Your body needs Protein and other nutrients to function. If you are not getting enough, your body goes into starvation mode. Good luck!
