  1. I am a little over 5 months out and have not really had a tough plateau yet. The longest was 4 days. They all stink though. Praying to not have one that lasts weeks until I.am at my goal
  2. I love fruit! Oranges are so awesome, havent tried watermelon yet but want to when they are fresh and local
  3. You will level off soon and then gain a little back. Ive read about this before. Hope I have the same problem haha!
  4. 4 weeks is a long time. Id be upset too. You need to shock your body by eating some food.lay off the shakes.
  5. Ive dyed mine 3 x in the last 5 months. No troubles
  6. Just include a little.juice in your routine
  7. And know that your body will tell you if youve made a mistake. Dumping sucks
  8. I work out daily and my calories have not changed much. I have never felt faint at the gym and I am bad about protein and water but find the gym makes you suck down the.water!!!
  9. You need more iron and magnesium
  10. Make sure you eat plenty at meals so there is no room for snacks. I actually found myself doing this, recently until I started dumping everyday. I used to be able to eat a lil bite if cookie or sweets with no trouble, but now at 5 months out it is giving me instant stomach cramps and diarrhea. I am thankful for the tool and am off the sugar snacking! Why not bring in a snack tray of things you can have and enjoy to steer you away. Or give yourself points for saying no when temptations are there. 50 points and you get a manicure or new top youve been wanting? Rewards do pay off. Keep a list of your points and involve others in the office to motivate you and plan out some nice rewards. I think I am going to use this plan and involve my family.
  11. How far out are you? Interior sutures burn and hurt for 4 weeks.
  12. It is totally normal. Stick with the plan . Watch sodium intake. Its water weight.
  13. I hate to be brutally honest, but pizza, wings, and that are not allowed for a reason. Tthis early out they can kill you . Please stick to your plan. Complications are not pretty. There are some on here that are on feeding tubes from complications. Take the steps your doctor gave you and you will be satisfied. I am 5 months out and cant even eat the foods you are eating. Also if you break the horses back, he will never get up to speed. You wont lose if you keep having sodium and fat as a staple. Concentrate on water and shakes, if you are still hungry call your surgeon or nutritionist for ideas. Your stomach is like a brabd new baby in every way. You start off feeding it formula. Noone gives a brand new baby pizza and wings. Then you progress. The healthier foids you give yourself the more you will become the woman you want.to be. Be kind to your baby belly. Think about it like that when it cries for food. Give that baby what it needs. Not what everyone else is having.
  14. Sometimes your pouch gets grouchy too. At those times it rejects food and theres nothing you can do. Swelling is common in the beginning and the pouch wont fit hardly anything. My biggest struggles were around week 3 when my pouch was swollen.
  15. Keep you eye on the scale. It will tell you if you are doing wrong. You will get sick of all the carbs and yearn for protein soon, im sure
  16. Usually I get some sort of cheesesteaj type thing and eat the thin slice steak and cheese. Philly omlets are my fav. Mexican restaurants are awesome because beans and cheese goes down nice. Baked potatoes are a good staple at restaurants too.
  17. You can dump from carbs or fats . Or sugar. Your body will let you know
  18. The first big reward. Welcome to.onderland
