So need help ! I am freaking out !!! I am just about 8 weeks post have done so well lost 22 pounds since surgery but now I seem to be gaining weight ? Or so my scale says . I am freaking out as I just returned to work and I have a very active job in an emergency room so I am always on the go and running around. Just wanted to know is this normal to happen ? I n really freakishly out !!

By weight gain I mean a 6 pound difference

It is totally normal. Stick with the plan . Watch sodium intake. Its water weight.

Yep I gain a pound or two all the time. Right now I am up a pound. It is just your body adjusting. Don't worry it will come off again. Also, along with salt and water retention, watch your "bathroom" habits. I know TMI but that can make a HUGE difference.

My weight can fluctuate five pounds in a single day - it is from water and food.
