I'm so sorry. That sounds incredibly frustrating! In 2008 I had a bulging disc and sciatic pain for 6 months and had to be hospitalized for a month because I couldn't even walk to use the bathroom. It was horrible so I can sympathize:( best wishes Surgery date 7/25/12

My doctor said 1 week. If I remember correct it was like week and a half. My hubby was worried about hurting me so it was a challenge. Surgery date 7/25/12

My hands have thinned out along with my feet. My feet went from 10w-11 to 9-10 no wide. I haven't resized my wedding rings yet going to wait until 18 months post. But I did try an 8 and it fit. My rings are a size 10. I wear them on a necklace. Surgery date 7/25/12

I'm 40 lbs from my goal weight and starting back at the bringing. New work outs back to basics. I am back to 2 oz of food every 3 hours and Water and Protein shakes. I kinda went AWOL with Protein drinks. So back to basics for sure! Do what works! Surgery date 7/25/12

GNC also has a flavorless whey Protein but I think it's false advertising lol taste like vanilla to me. Still has that chalky taste... Yuck! But with that I add and make different stuff Surgery date 7/25/12

Check with your surgeon I was told the pill becomes the least effective. I got mirena one month before my surgery. I love it:) best decision I love not having a period! Surgery date 7/25/12
