13 Months Post Op --hungry hippo

Just wondering if anyone else has gone thru this hunger--change. I have been battling the hunger for several weeks now. I have done pretty good till about a month ago. I know our pouch heals and that change is normal and even expected. But I feel like a hungry hippo-- and yes i get plenty of protein per day. I usually drink two protein drinks a day and eat 3 times a day. I have been grazing...which i am trying to get control of, and fighting with my head--telling it i am NOT REALLY HUNGRY... I know my weight loss has slowed down to just a few pounds a month, but i think that is normal too the closer we get to goal. Will the hunger---hungry hippo feeling pass???? or will I have to learn to live with this????

Not sure I can give you answers. I am in the same boat you are in right now.
