  3. Beginning weight 259 (Surgery 7/3/12) 243 follow up appt on 7/19 16 lbs lost in right over 2 weeks. Also lost 11.5 inches 237@ 6 wk follow up (22lb lost) 8/13 Total inches lost 13.5
  4. I've been taking miralax daily and it helps. My dr said its ok to try it daily for the next 6 weeks. I take it in the evening when I get back from the gym. Stool softeners also help.

  10. I want to get back to 150lbs. In 5'4". Right now my weight is at 235. Surgery date was 7/3/75. Surgery weight was 259.

  12. That was the only thing I was afraid of. It didn't hurt at all. I was asleep when it was put in and they took it out at 4 am the next morning. She told me take a deep breath and it was out.

  14. I had mine on July 3 and have only lost 20 lbs. 16.5 were lost the 1st 2 weeks. Stay encouraged.
