  4. Hello to all. I'm having pain under my left breast whenever I bend down. It's really painful. Also, the pain travels to my back on the left. Pain feels like something is ripping inside and its located on top of my major incision on the left. Called surgeon he ask if I had alcohol, aspirin, or anything that I'm not suppose to eat, thinking it might be an ulcer. I only chewed gum and had whole wheat toast. I am 8 weeks post op.   6. I was having the same issue until Lebim told me to increase the Protein and Water which I did. I've noticed the weight is coming off. We are required to consume 80-100 grams of protein and 64 oz of water a day. So far I'm doing over 80 at times and myfitnesspal is a great tool. Hope it helps. Sent from my HTC EVO using RNYTalk

  10. I was also tired during my third week. Now that I'm five weeks, I'm no longer tired. My doctor want me to get in 80 grams of Protein and 64 oz Water a day.   22. Hi everyone. On Saturday morning noticed drainage from upper left wound. I put a bandage over it (thanks Lebim). Sitting in office waiting to see the nurse. Hopefully its not serious.
