Wound Drainage

Hi everyone.

On Saturday morning noticed drainage from upper left wound. I put a bandage over it (thanks Lebim). Sitting in office waiting to see the nurse. Hopefully its not serious. I'm two weeks post op tomorrow. Anyone had drainage? I don't have a drainage bag. Thanks

I did too... Not much. It took longer to

Heal. Also bc I was wearing spanx to tighten everything up and it was prob rubbing against that area as i moved around.. i sprayed some neosporin on it and it healed in 2 days

Thanks for replying. Nurse cleaned it and add gauze, tape. She want me to keep an eye on it. It's not infected, I'm happy for that.

I had it too. I just covered it with gauze and tape. Then when the gauze was clean I would stop using it. I had to do this a few times before it stopped draining.
