  1. Hello baker girl, I am trying to create the same plan more for my hisband to save money and not eat fast food all day. I think this will be a better transition once I can eat whole foods, so we are on the same page.
  2. Hello guys, I'm experiencing the opposite situation. My sisters are super supportive and all in shape. I am the youngest And the biggest. They ca t wait for me to get to the point where I can workout with them, and jog around the park together.
  3. Finally, someone I can relate with! I'm a 40/42 G. I hope they deflate like a hot air ballon running out of gas.
  4. It was either eat some or pass out from starvation. I can't eat anything that seems to have a strong smell, but I'm no poster child
  5. They will give u nice calming medicine.
  6. Omg!! Yes I had a thread called urine. I told people I was running away from my pee. I have no idea how some people are already having sex. This is now uncharted territory! I heard it stops when the progressive weight slows down, was a part of ketosis. So glad I'm not alone!!
  7. Thanks for the extra motivation
  8. I wasn't a big soda drinker, but I loved sugar juice - orange juice, Hawaii punch, Capri sun etc. now, I want anything but water! And I am so sick of crystal light. Did u get dumping from soda? What else can I drink?

  10. Hey. You can't blame him, he is a man. Is he really suppose to know about Lane Bryant store sizes? I actually run into the opposite problem - people always trying to make me squeeze into stuff I know won't fit so I feel double embrassed.
  11. I am 1 month and 1 week. I can eat fruits, oatmeal, and crackers. But the smell and sight of food makes me nauseated.
  12. I buy the kind that is already sliced, so you can just knock the seeds off.
  13. Isopure was so gross to me. At first it taste fine, but it has the worst taste at the end.
  14. Hi, I have not been able to eat anything. Can you please share this reciepe with me? Did you eat like this before surgery?
  15. I was able to eat tuna at 3 weeks, but the smell was too strong for me. I made it with low fat mayo and puréed it a little.
  16. Can you share a day or two meal plan?? I'm having a hard time eating anything.
  17. I can eat cottage cheese really good with peaches or apples (fresh). My husband bought me the brookstone cottage cheese with pinneapples and after 1 or 2 bites - instant dumping syndrome for about 3 hours! I have found organic gluten cheese puff that melts in your month that I can hold down but it isn't protein. Also try pickles - not the hard part on the back it works out great for me too. Homemade oatmeal - not the instant kind.
  18. Wow. That is awesome! Can't wait toget to thus point!!!!
