  3. My gas was so bad i could only do an oz every 15 minutes i am one week out and only up to 6 oz a hr

  7. My program does but its almost a two hr drive each way and its only two hrs if there is no traffic or road work... to get there for my surgery it was a three hr drive
  8. Baby girl i understand even reading stories from other people help alot. I am happy i found this app and can be part of this group.
  9. That's what i am thinking.... so once i am down to goal weight i am going to make him pay up.
  10. A support group would be nice....... at least i have this app. Otherwise i would be alone during this journey.
  11. Well when i was pregnant with twins i told my husband he will owe me a boob job and a tummy tuck cause those kids messed up my body. I do love my monkeys but they messed up my body.
  12. Congrats and u would think insurance would help u with the chest issue. I am only a week out but asked insurance before even having surgery about getting extra skin removed aka apron the lady told me that one is not a problem but if i need other skin removed i would have to have a medical reason .... rash or always getting yest infection under skin fold or whatever. So my understanding i will get my apron removed but in my case a boob lift will be out of my pocket. Well i think my husband can pay for that.

I only told my immediate family and my best friend..... my friends and co workers know my health has been up and down since my twins but i have never been the type of person to tell everyone my business. So they know i am out for a while but don't know why. Its up to u what and when u want to tell people.
  15. Praying ur surgery goes well and ur up and walking soon let us know how ur doing.

  18. I was 245 before pre op diet 230 before surgery on 5-31 and left weighing ?? Weighted my self today 241 i am walking and getting my water in just not protein.
  19. Congratulations on walking more. I am able to walk and get my water in but my protein is not coming at all easy for me. I drink 4 oz of my shake go for another sip then wanta throw up. I was able to add extra protein to my shakes before surgery and now cant handle it no matter what temperature it is cant wait till puree foods so i can try to get it in that way.

  21. My nurse said walk and if gas pains are in the stomach area ice if its near the shoulders a hot paid will help it. But walk.... as long as i am up and walking i have almost no pain its when i am sitting i am in alot of pain. Rny 5-31-12
