  4. Congrats!! How's everything going! Losingit, how did everything go?!
  5. Hi! I'm almost 16 months out from surgery. I did great for the first 10 months but, after that, my weight loss came to a screeching hault!!!! I have not gained, which is great too but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions?
  6. You are going to do great, be proud of yourself to make the steps towards the right direction! I'm here if you need any questions answered. I was lucky to have quite a few people I new who had the surgery before me, and I love to help others the same.
  7. That's awful!! I'm sorry to hear that! People are just so close minded!
  8. After surgery I was in a lot of pain, I couldn't sleep in my bed for the first 3-4 weeks (could only bare the couch) because my back was killing me and whenever I tried to sleep on my side, it felt as though all my intestines were detached, and felt like rocks just swooshing side to side as I moved to find a comfortable position. It was an awful/weird/painful feeling but it did get better. You just had major surgery, everyone handles it differently but you do have to allow yourself that time to recover. It stinks, but before you know it, you will be feeling great too!!
  9. 4 months after your surgery?! That's awesome! I'm a year out, but I am no where near ready to wear a bikini!! You look great!!
  10. I don't think it's going to let me because I'm on my phone.
  11. It seems like we have all these options to chat, but I have no idea how to use it!! Please help!
  12. I just had my one year anniversary! I had tge rny. Was 285 now I'm 171. I've been plateaued for the past few months. It's aggravating but it was all worth it and I'd do it again!!
  13. I live in North Brookfield but most of the time I'm in Worcester.
  14. Angel, you are doing great!! That's awsome !! You only have a little more to go! What have you been doing so far?
  15. You look great mstratto! Keep up the awsome work and keep us posted!!!
  16. As anyone haft his done recently, or even in the past, I guess it doesn't matter...
