Paused Weight Loss

Hi! I'm almost 16 months out from surgery. I did great for the first 10 months but, after that, my weight loss came to a screeching hault!!!! I have not gained, which is great too but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions?

Personally, I think u look great! But I have heard about some 5 day pouch test that is supposed to work well. You should be able to Google it. Otherwise, my last resort is going to be going back to liquids for a week and start over. How are your eating habits? Exercise? How close are u to your goal weight? Good luck and try not to get too frustrated! Think of how far you have come!

From what I unders stand you will level off after a while and since you are 16 months post op that may be it. As Luflife said above... what are you eating.... are you exercising? Talk to your doctor my suggestion is to watch what you are eating and add more exercise.
