Agree with you. What will happen if I don't have it done? I have decided to take a break from FB and take my time getting my priorities and goals set up b4 surgery. I do have a FB page dedicated to my hard work over the past 2 years. And I love sharing my life with others, but its best NOT to share right b4 surgery, bc that's where u get the most negativity. Its okay. I known for years that she can be a B*. I should have expected that anyways. She thinks I sit on my ass all day and eat. :0/ Most people think that's what diabetics do, that's why they have Diabetes. I wish I'd never told my dad or step mom. Lol. Or my personal trainer. Lol. Bc they all look down on me, like im 5 yrs old, being accused of doing something bad. Thank you ma'am. You have no idea how much better that makes me feel. I have a relationship with God, and I believe in that he sent his son Jesus to save us from sin, but I know I am a sinner. And that also worries me. :0/ I have prayed and prayed that God will heal me fast, so I don't get depressed. I know this is the RIGHT choice for me. I lost my mom at age 29. It was difficult for me to lose her due to congestive heart failure at the age of 69 ..she was once overweight too. Dear Friends, Im soo afraid of dying..there I said it !! Most everyone I have talked to, say it will be okay..bc Im healthier than most..but Im scared. This will be my first ever surgery! And I start to cringe just thinking about it. :0/ I worry the most about my legs. I have varicose veins in my lower calves. I wear thick support socks 24/7. My primary diabetic doctor said I was good to go, bc I don't have deep vein tromboises. I could wait a few months, and have laser surgery to smooth out my "bumps." But, I still worry, and cry myself to sleep at night. :0/ I have fought for this surgery for almost 2 years and been denied, and finally approved a month ago. I want it. Is there anyone who does the p90x DVDs? My hubby bought me the P90X DVD's for before and after gastric bypass surgery ..so I can exercise at home. But I still find myself using the gym membership for yoga and spin. After surgery I know I can't lift anything over 5 lbs for the first 6-8 weeks, so is walking my only option to exercise?
